This book was first published by ‘Revolutionary Union’, a Marxist-Leninist Group in U.S.A. in 1974. Revolutionary Union was formed by some communist revolutionaries in 1972, which used to publish important material on ideological questions by the name of ‘The Red Papers’ series. The present book was published as ‘The Red Papers-7’. It was the same Revolutionary Union which reconstituted itself as Revolutionary Communist Party, U.S.A. in 1975. The present book holds immense significance even today for the ideological preparation of all those who are committed to the reconstruction of the socialist project.
